L’église Saint-Martin de Treteau a aussi une dédicace à Saint-Maurice, avec laquelle elle est le plus souvent mentionnée. Elle est construite au XIIe siècle, dans le style roman. Les transepts sont remaniés en 1871 par l’architecte Moreau, de Moulins, avec la construction d’abside et d’absidioles hémicycles. Le clocher carré est construit sur le transept, et est couvert d’une flèche en ardoise.
