L’église Saint-Martin de Savogna d’Isonzo est dédicacée à saint Martin en 1756. Presque intégralement détruit durant la Première Guerre mondiale, une nouvelle église est reconstruite à partir de 1927. La façade accueille une représentation de saint martin en évêque, mitré, nimbé, tenant sa crosse dans la main droite et bénissant de la main gauche, sur fond blanc avec des oies. Deux oies figurent à gauche de saint Martin et, à droite, il est inscrit MAR-TINUS-EPPIS. L’autel de l’église date de 1930 et figure une charité de saint Martin.

The church of Saint Martin in Savogna d’Isonzo was dedicated to Saint Martin in 1756. Almost completely destroyed during the First World War, a new church was rebuilt in 1927. The façade features a representation of Saint Martin as a bishop, mitred, nimbed, holding his crozier in his right hand and blessing with his left, against a white background with geese. Two geese appear to the left of Saint Martin, and on the right is the inscription MAR-TINUS-EPPIS. The altar in the church dates from 1930 and depicts Saint Martin’s charity.
