L’église Saint-Martin de Saint-Martin-de-Sanzay est construite au XIIe siècle, époque dont il reste le chœur de style roman tourangeau. Elle est modifiée au XVe et XVIe siècle par l’ajout de deux chapelles latérales et l’ouverture de deux travées, ainsi que la suppression du porche. L’édifice est classé aux Monuments historiques en 1910 PA00101355.

The church of Saint-Martin in Saint-Martin-de-Sanzay was built in the 12th century, a period from which the Tourange Romanesque choir remains. It was modified in the 15th and 16th centuries with the addition of two side chapels, the opening of two bays and the removal of the porch. The building was listed as a Historic Monument in 1910 PA00101355.
