L’église abrite une crypte Saint-Martin, creusée dans la roche sous le chœur.
L’église était, à l’origine, en forme de croix latine, avec un clocher à l’intersection des transepts. Le transept nord, avec sa voûte en blocage et des arcs plein cintre, peut remonter au 10e siècle, ainsi qu’une partie de l’ancien choeur. Le rond-point de l’ancienne abside a été remplacé, au 13e siècle, par une trouée ajoutée au choeur et terminée, à l’est, par un mur droit. Les murs qui fermaient les transepts ont été supprimés pour bâtir deux chapelles qui s’étendent jusqu’à l’alignement du fond du sanctuaire. Vue de l’extérieur, l’église présente un vaste chevet carré ayant un développement égal à la longueur du transept. La nef a perdu sa voûte, qui devait être en ogive à arcs doubleaux carrés. Le clocher, bâti sur la croisée de transept, repose sur des arcs en ogive qui ont été emboîtés, avec leur pilier de support, dans l’édifice primitif. La façade se divise en trois niveaux et paraît remonter au 12e siècle. Toutefois, la porte d’entrée a été refaite au cours du 16e siècle. PA00104804
The church contains a crypt of St. Martin, cut into the rock beneath the choir.
The church was originally in the form of a Latin cross, with a bell tower at the intersection of the transepts. The north transept, with its block vault and round arches, may date back to the 10th century, as does part of the former choir. The roundabout of the former apse was replaced in the 13th century by a gap added to the choir and terminated on the east by a straight wall. The walls that closed the transepts were removed to build two chapels that extend to the alignment of the back of the sanctuary. Seen from the outside, the church has a vast square chevet with a development equal to the length of the transept. The nave has lost its vault, which must have been an ogival vault with square double arches. The bell tower, built on the transept crossing, rests on pointed arches that were inserted, with their supporting pillar, into the original building. The façade is divided into three levels and appears to date from the 12th century. However, the entrance door was rebuilt in the 16th century. PA00104804
