L’église Saint-Martin de Cambrai se situe dans le quartier Martin-Martine et c’est sans doute pour cela qu’elle est dédicacée à saint Martin.

Une première église Saint-Martin est attestée au XVIe siècle puisque son clocher faisait office de beffroi de la ville.

L’actuelle église Saint-Martin est construite en 1968. L’église est inaugurée par Monseigneur Jenny, Archevêque de Cambrai. Les cloches, Francine et Marie-François, sont ajoutée en 2002 suite à une souscription des fidèles. *
