L’église Saint-Martin de Saint-Martin-en-Bière est de style roman. Il semblerait qu’elle ait été construite au XIIe siècle. Elle a été restaurée au XVIe siècle. Elle est en pavé de grès, pierre caractéristique du Gâtinais.
