L’église de Sainte-Maure-de-Touraine abrite une statue représentant saint Martin évêque. Saint Martin figure mitré et barbu. Il est vêtu d’une chasuble rose et dorée, avec un dalmatique blanc et une aube bleue. La main droite fait le geste de bénédiction. La statue est située à mi-hauteur dans la nef de l’église.

L’église de Sainte-Maure-de-Touraine abrite également un vitrail figurant la charité de saint Martin. Il a été réalisé par Fournier, à Tours, en 1901. Saint Martin est représenté en soldat romain, à cheval, casqué et nimbé. Il lève sa cape avec la main gauche et la coupe avec son épée. Le mendiant est un genou à terre, à demi-nu, porte un pagne autour de la taille et à la tête couverte. Il a un fardeau dans le dos. Il prend appuie sur des marches. En arrière-plan, on voit la muraille de la ville d’Amiens avec deux personnes qui semblent regarder la scène.

Au registre inférieur du vitrail, nous voyons un blason dans lequel le manteau rouge est coupé en deux par l’épée, avec les main de saint Martin qui tiennent le manteau et l’épée, et la main du mendiant qui la reçoit. Au-dessus du manteau, il y a une armure de soldat romain. Au-dessus du blason, il y a une mitre.

Sous ce blason, nous voyons une banderole sur laquelle est écrit « Indutus loricam charitatis » .

The church of Sainte-Maure-de-Touraine also houses a stained glass window depicting the charity of Saint Martin. It was made by Fournier, in Tours, in 1901. Saint Martin is represented as a Roman soldier, on horseback, helmeted and nimbed. He raises his cloak with his left hand and cuts it with his sword. The beggar is kneeling on the ground, half naked, wearing a loincloth around his waist and with his head covered. He has a burden on his back. He is leaning on the steps. In the background, we see the city wall of Amiens with two people who seem to be watching the scene.

In the lower register of the window we see a coat of arms in which the red cloak is cut in two by the sword, with the hands of St Martin holding the cloak and sword, and the hand of the beggar receiving it. Above the cloak is the armour of a Roman soldier. Above the coat of arms is a mitre.

Below this coat of arms we see a banner on which is written « Indutus loricam charitatis ».
