La cathédrale d’Oviedo, célèbre pour conserver le Suaire d’Oviedo dans la Camara Santa, abrite, à la droite de l’entrée, une chapelle gothique du XVe siècle dédiée à saint Martin. Celle-ci conserve un maître-autel du XVIIe siècle.

Le premier et le deuxième niveau d’élévation du retable sont composés de représentations martiniennes. Au centre, une statue figurant saint Martin en évêque. À droite, un bas-relief de la Charité. À gauche, la messe miraculeuse.

Le premier niveau est un bas-relief qui représente une translation des reliques de saint Martin, dans une châsse-reliquaire portée par saint Jérôme, saint Grégoire le Grand, saint Augustin et saint Ambroise de Milan.

La partie supérieure du retable présente une ascension et un couronnement de la sainte Vierge avec saint Michel à sa gauche et un ange à sa droite.

Oviedo Cathedral, famous for keeping the Shroud of Oviedo in the Camara Santa, houses, to the right of the entrance, a 15th-century Gothic chapel dedicated to Saint Martin. This retains a high altar from the 17th century.
