L’église Saint-Martin de Rousseloy est construite au XIIe siècle à l’emplacement d’une chapelle primitive, sans doute déjà dédiée à saint Martin. Elle dépendait de l’abbaye Saint-Symphorien de Beauvais.

Le clocher et l’actuelle chapelle des fonds baptismaux au nord datent du XIIe siècle ; le chœur date du XIVe siècle; la sacristie date du XVIIe siècle.

L’église connaît beaucoup de modifications entre 1780 et 1826. La flèche en pierre est reconstruite en ardoise après avoir été abattue par la foudre. La nef est entièrement restaurée au début du XIXe siècle. Le chœur est restauré vers 1825. Le clocher est réparé en 1870.

The church of Saint-Martin de Rousseloy was built in the 12th century on the site of a primitive chapel, probably already dedicated to Saint Martin. It depended on the abbey of Saint-Symphorien de Beauvais.

The bell tower and the present baptismal font chapel to the north date from the 12th century; the choir dates from the 14th century; the sacristy dates from the 17th century.

The church underwent many changes between 1780 and 1826. The stone spire was rebuilt in slate after being struck by lightning. The nave was completely restored in the early 19th century. The choir was restored around 1825. The bell tower was repaired in 1870.

The church of Saint-Martin was classified as a historical monument on 3 May 1927. PA00114843
