L’église Saint-Martin d’Hardecourt-aux-Bois est reconstruite après la Première Guerre mondiale par le moine bénédictin et architecte Paul Ballots, à l’emplacement d’une église plus ancienne, détruite au cours du conflit.

Édifiée en brique, un clocher surmonte la façade, couvert d’une flèche en ardoise. Le fronton du portail d’entrée est orné d’une fresque représentant une Charité de saint Martin.

L’église Saint-Martin est inscrite aux Monuments historiques le 16 juin 1992. PA80000117

The Saint-Martin church in Hardecourt-aux-Bois was rebuilt after the First World War by the Benedictine monk and architect Paul Ballots, on the site of an older church, destroyed during the conflict.
Built in brick, a bell tower surmounts the facade, covered with a slate spire. The pediment of the entrance gate is decorated with a fresco representing a Charity of Saint Martin.
The Saint-Martin church was listed as a Historic Monument on June 16, 1992. PA80000117
