Une église Saint-Martin était à Favières avant le IXe siècle. Elle apparaît dans le catalogue des biens de l’abbaye d’Hermières. L’église actuelle date du XIIe siècle, ce qui est visible dans le clocher et la travée orientale du bas-côté. Le chœur date du XVIIIe siècle. L’église a un plan allongé, sans transept, avec un chevet plat. La cloche, fabriquée par Louis Gaudineau, date de 1739.

A church of Saint Martin was in Favières before the 9th century. It appears in the catalogue of the property of the abbey of Hermières. The present church dates from the 12th century, which can be seen in the bell tower and the eastern bay of the aisle. The choir dates from the 18th century. The church has an elongated plan, without transept, with a flat chevet. The bell, made by Louis Gaudineau, dates from 1739.
