L’église Saint-Martin de Caours est construite en 1763, en pierre. Le chœur est plus élevé que la nef, et se termine par une abside à trois pans. La façade est surmontée d’un clocher-porche sobre.

La restauration de l’église dans les années 1990 a mis à jour des inscriptions sur le côté droit du chœur.

The Saint-Martin de Caours church was built in 1763, in stone. The choir is higher than the nave, and ends in a three-sided apse. The facade is surmounted by a sober bell tower.
