Du premier édifice du XIe siècle, il ne reste plus que le portail, surmonté d’une petite baie en plein cintre, et une portion de la muraille septentrionale. La première église ne comportait qu’une seule nef. Cette nef fut agrandie au XVIIè siècle et une chapelle est construite près du chœur par Victor Gardette, seigneur d’Auzouer et de Pierrefitte. En 1851, un incendie détruisit l’abside ; l’édifice est alors entièrement restauré, l’abside est rebâtie, une chapelle symétrique à la première est ajoutée.
L’église abrite un vitrail de saint Martin, sur son cheval blanc, coupe son manteau rouge avec son épée. Il est auréolé et vêtu en romain. Le pauvre est assis, il tend les mains pour recevoir vers saint Martin, il porte un long morceau de bois. En arrière plan, on distingue les murailles, sûrement de la ville d’Amiens. Deux inscriptions encadrent la charité. L’inscription du haut nous dit « Sanctus Martinus », celle du bas : « A LA MEMOIRE D’A BERGER ».
L’église conserve également une statue figurant saint Martin en évêque, la statue est colorée. Son bras droit, levé, est cassé au coude. Sa main gauche est baissée, elle semblait tenir la crosse de l’évêque. La statue est en hauteur.
L’édifice est inscrit aux Monuments Historiques le 9 septembre 1965.

All that remains of the first 11th century building is the portal, surmounted by a small semicircular bay, and a portion of the northern wall. The first church had only one nave. This nave was enlarged in the 17th century and a chapel was built near the choir by Victor Gardette, Lord of Auzouer and Pierrefitte. In 1851, a fire destroyed the apse; the building was then entirely restored, the apse was rebuilt, and a chapel symmetrical to the first was added.
The church houses a stained glass window of Saint Martin, on his white horse, cutting his red coat with his sword. He is haloed and dressed as a Roman. The poor man is seated, holding out his hands to receive a long piece of wood towards Saint Martin. In the background, we can see the walls, probably of the city of Amiens. Two inscriptions frame the charity. The upper inscription reads « Sanctus Martinus », the lower one « A LA MEMOIRE D’A BERGER ».
The church also has a statue of Saint Martin as a bishop, the statue is coloured. His right arm, raised, is broken at the elbow. His left hand is lowered, it seems to hold the bishop’s crook. The statue is high up.
The building was listed as a Historic Monument on 9 September 1965.
