L’église Saint-Martin d’Athée est construite au XIXe siècle, entre 1861 et 1863 par l’architecte manceau Tessier, à la demande de l’abbé Angot, à l’emplacement d’une église plus ancienne. Elle conserve une statue et une bannière figurant toutes les deux saint Martin en évêque.

The church of Saint-Martin d’Athée was built in the 19th century, between 1861 and 1863, by the Mance architect Tessier, at the request of Abbé Angot, on the site of an earlier church. It retains a statue and a banner both depicting Saint Martin as a bishop.
