L’église Saint-Martin de Groslay tiendrait sa dédicace de la collégiale Saint-Martin de Montmorency à qui elle aurait appartenue. Elle est construite au XIIIe siècle dans le style gothique. La nef a un bas-côté sud gothique et se termine par un chœur avec une abside en hémicycle Le collatéral sud est prolongé au XVIe siècle et un collatéral nord est ajouté à la même époque, dans le style gothique flamboyant.

The church of Saint-Martin de Groslay would hold its dedication from the collegiate church of Saint-Martin de Montmorency to which it would have belonged. It was built in the 13th century in the Gothic style. The nave has a Gothic south aisle and ends in a choir with a semicircular apse. The south aisle was extended in the 16th century and a north aisle was added at the same time, in the flamboyant Gothic style.
The Saint-Martin church was listed as a Historic Monument in 1929. PA00080079
