L’église Saint-Martin de Cayeux-en-Santerre est construite au XVIe siècle. Bâtie en pierre sur un plan basilical, elle a une nef simple, un transept et un chœur à chevet plat, surmonté d’une tour-clocher.

L’église Saint-Martin est, en grande partie, détruite durant la Première Guerre mondiale, et restaurée pendant l’entre-deux-guerres.
