L’actuelle église Saint-Martin d’Ailly-sur-Somme est construite après la Seconde Guerre mondiale, à l’emplacement de ancienne église détruite au cours de la bataille d’Amiens, en mai-juin 1940.

Construite en pierre, elle est de forme parallélépipédique. Le clocher, sur un mur rectangulaire, a deux côtés opposés triangulaires.

The current Saint-Martin d’Ailly-sur-Somme church was built after the Second World War, on the site of the former church destroyed during the battle of Amiens in May-June 1940.

Built in stone, it is parallelepipedic in shape. The bell tower, on a rectangular wall, has two opposite triangular sides.
