L’église Saint-Martin de Bruay est construite au XIIIe siècle. L’église primitive a disparu. La partie la plus ancienne de l’actuelle église est la tour carrée bâtie en 1767. Le reste de l’église est édifié entre la fin du XVIIIe siècle et le début du XIXe siècle. Elle prend la forme d’une église-halle avec une petite abside à cinq côtés. Le porche est construit en 1960 mais l’église est fermée en 2012 car la sécurité n’y est pas assurée.

The church of Saint-Martin de Bruay was built in the 13th century. The original church has disappeared. The oldest part of the present church is the square tower built in 1767. The rest of the church was built between the end of the 18th century and the beginning of the 19th century. It takes the form of a hall church with a small five-sided apse. The porch was built in 1960, but the church was closed in 2012 because it was not safe.
