Sous le patronage du prieuré Saint-Désiré

L’église comprend une nef bâtie dans la seconde moitié du 13e siècle et un chœur à abside polygonale rebâtie au 16e siècle. Cette église du 13√®me siècle s’ouvre par une imposante tour clocher voûté©e d’ogives. C’est au 16eme siècle que lui fut adjointe la flamboyante chapelle seigneuriale des Bigny (propriétaires du château). Ä l’intérieur, on peut admirer un magnifique retable en bois doré du 18éme. En avant de la nef se trouve un clocher dont le rez-de-chaussée date du 12e siècle et dont la partie supérieure a été reconstruite au 16e siècle. Sur le côté gauche de la nef se trouve une chapelle seigneuriale datant de la fin du 15e siècle. La nef est voûtée en ogive sur nervures. La deuxième travée de la nef constituait le chœur primitif. Les chapiteaux sont ornés de crochets et de feuillages. Fragments de vitraux peints de la fin du 15e siècle. A l’intérieur, on peut admirer un retable en bois doré du 18e siècle.

This 13ème century church opens with an imposing rib-vaulted bell tower. In the 16th century, the flamboyant seigniorial chapel of the Bigny family (owners of the castle) was added to it. Inside, you can admire a magnificent gilded wooden altarpiece from the 18th century. In front of the nave is a bell tower, the ground floor of which dates from the 12th century and the upper part of which was rebuilt in the 16th century. On the left side of the nave is a late 15th century chapel. The nave is vaulted with ribbed arches. The second bay of the nave was the original choir. The capitals are decorated with hooks and foliage. Fragments of stained glass windows from the end of the 15th century. Inside, one can admire an 18th century gilded wooden altarpiece.
