L’église Saint-Martin de Lavault-de-Frétoy est construite à partir de 1880 sur le lieu-dit l’Huis-Vacher, à la place d’une chapelle. Elle est bâtie en croix-latine, avec un porche surmonté d’un clocher, une nef à quatre travées, et une abside voûtée en cul-de-four, dans le style néo-roman.

The church of Saint-Martin in Lavault-de-Frétoy was built from 1880 on the site of Huis-Vacher, in place of a chapel. It is built in the form of a Latin cross, with a porch surmounted by a bell tower, a nave with four bays, and an apse with a cul-de-four vault in the neo-Romanesque style.
