L’église Saint-Martin de Chantenay-Saint-Imbert est construite à partir de la fin du XIe siècle dans le style roman.  C’est au départ un Prieuré Saint-Martin, possession clunisienne de Souvigny, et est bâtie en croix-latine avec un chevet roman et une nef unique reconstruite au XIXe siècle. Le clocher carré est construit au XIXe siècle dans le style bourguignon.

The church of Saint-Martin de Chantenay-Saint-Imbert was built from the end of the 11th century in the Romanesque style. It was originally a Priory of Saint-Martin, a Cluniac possession of Souvigny, and is built in a Latin cross with a Romanesque chevet and a single nave rebuilt in the 19th century. The square bell tower was built in the 19th century in the Burgundian style.
