L’église Saint-Martin de Saint-Martin-du-Puy est une église romane du XIIe siècle. Constituée d’une nef et d’un chevet, elle ne possède pas de transept, reprenant le plan basilical. La façade est devancée d’un narthex avec une ouverture à soubassement. Elle est surmontée d’un clocher-mur à deux cloches. Le chevet est prolongé d’une chapelle quadrangulaire. L’ensemble est recouvert de toitures en tuiles. L’intérieur de l’église est simple, il y a seulement trois fresques dans le chœur, représentant saint Christophe à gauche du maître-autel, un Christ en Croix au-dessus et saint Martin à droite. Ces fresques sont contemporaines. Saint Martin y est représenté en évêque, nimbé et mitré, portant sa crosse dans la main droite et l’église de Saint-Martin-du-Puy dans la main gauche. Il est barbu, portant une chasuble bleue aux bords roses. En-dessous, une inscription « St MARTINUS » se trouve dans une représentation de parchemin.

The church of Saint-Martin in Saint-Martin-du-Puy is a Romanesque church from the 12th century. It consists of a nave and a chevet and has no transept, following the basilica plan. The facade is preceded by a narthex with a basement opening. It is surmounted by a wall-belfry with two bells. The chevet is extended by a quadrangular chapel. The whole is covered with tiled roofs. The interior of the church is simple, with only three frescoes in the choir, representing St Christopher on the left of the high altar, a Christ on the Cross above and St Martin on the right. These frescoes are contemporary. Saint Martin is depicted as a bishop, nimbed and mitred, carrying his crozier in his right hand and the church of Saint-Martin-du-Puy in his left hand. He is bearded, wearing a blue chasuble with pink edges. Below, an inscription « St MARTINUS » is found in a parchment representation.
