L’église Saint-André et Sainte-Jeanne d’Arc de Fétilly à La Rochelle abrite un vitrail figurant une charité de saint Martin. Il a été réalisé dans la deuxième moitié du XXe siècle, lors de la construction de l’église, par le peintre-verrier Chigot. Saint Martin est représenté en soldat romain, à cheval, casqué et nimbé. Il vient de couper son manteau avec son épée et le donne au mendiant qui est représenté chauve et à demi-nu. On distingue le chemin sur lequel l’action se déroule.

The church of Saint-André and Sainte-Jeanne d’Arc de Fétilly in La Rochelle houses a stained glass window depicting the charity of Saint Martin. It was made in the second half of the 20th century, during the construction of the church, by the glass painter Chigot. Saint Martin is represented as a Roman soldier, on horseback, helmeted and nimbed. He has just cut off his cloak with his sword and gives it to the beggar, who is depicted bald and half-naked.
