L’église Saint-Martin de Marcolès est un édifice gothique fondé au XVe siècle à partir d’une ancienne chapelle d’un prieuré bénédictin dépendant de l’abbaye Saint-Géraud d’Aurillac. Le clocher a été démoli durant la Révolution française et reconstruit en 1801.

L’église abrite une statuette-reliquaire de saint Martin qui se trouve dans la chapelle Saint-Martin. Dans cette chapelle se trouve également un vitrail figurant saint Martin en évêque et, au pied, une charité de saint Martin.

The church of Saint-Martin de Marcolès is a Gothic building founded in the 15th century from a former chapel of a Benedictine priory dependent on the abbey of Saint-Géraud in Aurillac. The bell tower was demolished during the French Revolution and rebuilt in 1801.

The church houses a reliquary statue of Saint Martin in the Saint Martin chapel. In this chapel there is also a stained glass window showing Saint Martin as a bishop and, at the foot, a charity of Saint Martin.
