Le lieu-dit Fontaine Saint-Martin se trouve le long de la D33, à 5km au nord du centre-bourg de Neuvy-le-Roi, à la frontière d’Epeigné-sur-Dême. Le site abrite une source, qui donne son nom au lieu-dit, surmontée d’un lavoir du XIXe siècle, et alimente le ruisseau Saint-Martin, affluent de la Dême. La fontaine avait la réputation de guérir les maladies des yeux. La fontaine est mentionnée sur le cadastre 1938.

Fontaine Saint-Martin is located along the D33, 5km north of the centre of Neuvy-le-Roi, on the border with Epeigné-sur-Dême. The site is home to a spring, which gives its name to the place, topped by a 19th century washhouse, and feeds the Saint-Martin stream, a tributary of the Dême. The fountain had a reputation for curing eye diseases. The fountain is mentioned on the 1938 land register.
