La façade de la cathédrale Saint-Pierre d’Angoulême abrite un bas-relief figurant la charité de saint Martin.  Réalisée lors de la restauration de l’église dans la deuxième moitié du XIXe siècle, elle se trouve au sud de la façade et a son équivalent au nord, figurant saint Georges tuant le dragon. Ces deux sculptures remplacent deux reliefs représentant des cavaliers, disparus en 1808.

The façade of the cathedral of Saint-Pierre d’Angoulême houses a bas-relief depicting the charity of Saint Martin. Created during the restoration of the church in the second half of the 19th century, it is located on the south side of the façade and has its equivalent on the north side, depicting Saint George killing the dragon. These two sculptures replace two reliefs representing horsemen, which disappeared in 1808.
