Le vitrail se trouve dans la nef de l’église de La-Membrolle-sur-Choisille. Il a été offert à la paroisse par Alexandre Colpakoff en 1879. Il figure une scène de Charité de saint Martin dans lequel saint Martin est présenté en soldat romain, nimbé et à cheval, coupant une partie de son manteau pour le donner à un pauvre portant du bois, assis par terre et à demi nu. La scène se passe en hiver puisque les arbres n’ont plus de feuilles et que le sol est blanc. On voit en arrière-plan les remparts de la ville d’Amiens.

The stained glass window is located in the nave of the church of La-Membrolle-sur-Choisille. It was donated to the parish by Alexandre Colpakoff in 1879. It depicts a scene of Charity of Saint Martin in which Saint Martin is presented as a Roman soldier, nimbed and on horseback, cutting off part of his cloak to give it to a poor man carrying wood, sitting on the ground and half naked. The scene takes place in winter, as the trees have lost their leaves and the ground is white. The ramparts of the city of Amiens can be seen in the background.
